Just to add on to what Sherman has said.
This camp is where we, the ICs are given an opportunity to learn, lead and have fun. What do I mean by that.
Learn----Learn from instructors, teachers as well as friends. IC must learn to help one another. If you find the other party wrong, correct him, guide him along. This camp is not one to himself.
Lead----Lead people. Not only leading the children but as well as leading your own friends also. Some might complain, "aiya he no good, aiya he so playful, aiya he always do wrong". Why not instead help them instead of always finding faults in them.
Fun----Bond together, with own friends as well as the children, have fun together and make this camp enjoyable.
Everyone has potential to be great leaders. So why not use this opportunity to show the potential. I hope everyone learns valuable values from the camp as well as make this 4 days memorable...
One last thing to add on. ICs are already being grouped accordingly. Don't complain about your group. We took a long time planning and grouping the ICs together. So instead of complaining about your group, learn to accept your group.
